Who You Are: 

You play a crucial supporting role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders through to cash collection. This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a background in finance. You will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks contributing to seamless customer experience and healthy cash flow

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process and validate customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate, review, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on order status and collections.
  • Participate in audits by providing the necessary documentation and support.
  • Other finance-related duties as necessary
 

What You'll Need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in order-to-cash, accounts receivable, or finance-related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with accountability.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to extract insights from data for decision-making.
