Revenue Operations Manager

You’re a data-focused problem solver with a strong grasp of sales, customer success, and revenue operations. You’re all about driving better decision-making and performance across teams. With a hands-on approach, you manage everything from compensation planning to automation, ensuring revenue operations run efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support all revenue-generating processes across Sales and Customer Success, from lead hand-off to customer retention. Analyze key revenue metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights, improving the lead-to-customer journey.
- Support and refine Sales processes that enhance lead conversion rates, improve deal velocity, and maximize customer lifetime value. Assist revenue leaders in key areas like quota setting, territory design, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.
- Build forecast models and dashboards, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Win Rate, Sales Cycle Length, Average Order Value, and Closed-Won Velocity.
- Implement automation tools and processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of revenue operations.
- Create and refine processes and tools that enhance efficiency and productivity across all revenue-generating teams.
- Coordinate and calculate monthly and quarterly compensation plans for Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams that drive performance, align with company objectives, and ensure financial sustainability and compliance.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert on important strategic projects working as a cross-functional team member to ensure projects are delivered on-time and with minimal risk exposure for the organization
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years direct revenue operations experience with analytics responsibilities preferably in SaaS
- Proven experience building reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and revenue metrics using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, PowerBI, and/or Metabase. Experience with SQL a plus
- Experience with Project Management philosophies while utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Successful track record of being a partner to supported GTM functions, with the ability to prioritize and balance driving key business objectives with requirements across multiple departments
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Autonomous, self-driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity
